Balancing the art of latte foam with the power of clean and jerks, Izzy is the friendly face behind the counter at Kettle & Belle a dedicated member of our CrossFit FFH team & community. Her passion for both coffee and fitness fuels her commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all.
